Director's resume

The articles of association of the company stipulate that "the number of directors shall be no less than five and no more than nine persons". The term of office shall be three years and independent directors shall be appointed. The number shall not be less than three. At least one of the independent directors shall be established in Taiwan. Household registration and at least one director shall have accounting or financial expertise, and the nomination of directors shall adopt a candidate nomination system in accordance with the rules of the public offering company.
