Employee welfare Initiatives

• The employee welfare Initiatives of the company's Taiwan branch include health insurance and labor insurance in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Standards Law of the Republic of China, and insurance for accident insurance for employees on business trips and the provision of an individual retirement pension account system for employees to protect employee related benefits .

• For Chinese employees, in addition to handling social insurance and housing accumulation deposits, there are regular opportunities for promotion and salary adjustment every year to reward outstanding employees, and year-end bonuses are issued based on the company's operating performance. Organize gala parties and annual dinner subsidies for various central departments on important festivals; year-end lottery; encourage employees of all positions to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and if the proposals made are improved, bonuses will be given.

• The welfare measures for employees in other overseas operating locations are basically handled in accordance with the social security regulations required by the local countries and regions.

Retirement system and implementation status

• The company’s Taiwan branch has established an employee retirement-related system in accordance with the Labor Standards Law, and the company’s retirement pension payment is paid by the company as a retirement pension of 6% of the monthly salary and deposited in the individual labor pension account.

• The company's main operating base is located in China. It has allocated and paid five fund social insurances including pension insurance to the local Social Security Bureau on a monthly basis. After employees reach the legal retirement age, they can apply for pensions from the Social Security Bureau.

• The retirement pension system for employees in other overseas operating locations is basically handled in accordance with the social security regulations required by the local countries and regions.
